Resilience Through Repetition
RTR is our 1:1 counseling service that offers a therapeutic approach to fitness coaching. Client can expect to learn the basics of fitness while practicing skills that build resiliency for life.
(Ages 13+)
Kids Kinetics
K2 gives kids will the opportunity to learn body awareness and self regulation skills through calisthenic exercises and fitness based obstacle courses.
(Ages 5-12)
Strong Three
S3 integrates group counseling and social skill-building in a fitness setting. By combining physical activity with guided discussions, clients develop emotional resilience and interpersonal skills in a supportive setting. This dynamic approach fosters mental well-being, social connection, and healthy habits for long-term personal growth.

GRIT is our group counseling program for student-athletes and sports teams. GRIT helps student-athletes develop mental toughness, emotional resilience, and the skills needed to thrive in sports and in life. Through a combination of guided discussions, team-based challenges, and physical training, participants build confidence, manage stress, and foster a winning mindset—on and off the field.
