Fortris integrates mental health counseling with fitness-based interventions to build confidence, resilience, and overall well-being. Using a client-centered, solution-focused approach, we combine structured exercise and therapeutic techniques in our 700 sq. ft. gym and 3+ acre property in Windham, NH. This integrative approach promotes self-efficacy, emotional regulation, and personal growth.
